どこかにある大陸を巡るイラスト集 第2集「STRANGER」 本作では、現実と非現実、意識と無意識の境界に存在する曖昧な空間を探求しています。 文脈を持たない風景や匿名的なモチーフを通じて、普段意識していない記憶や感情が不意に呼び起こされる体験を目指しています。 見慣れた風景の中に潜む違和感や、矛盾する概念が共存するこれらの空間は、懐かしさと未知が入り交じる、内省的で詩的な世界を描き出します。 また、デジタルとアナログの対比にも注目し、現代的な視点をアナログなリソグラフプロセスに落とし込むことで、新たな視覚体験を創出しました。リソグラフ印刷特有の質感や予測不能な仕上がりを取り入れることで、偶然性や曖昧さを楽しめる作品を制作しています。 このZINEシリーズは、外界と隔絶されつつもどこか懐かしさを感じる世界を辿る旅の記録であり、私自身の内側に広がる無意識の箱庭でもあります。この作品を通じて、鑑賞者が自身の中にある未知の場所を旅するような感覚を味わっていただければ幸いです。 "An Illustration Collection: Exploring a Continent Somewhere" Volume 2「STRANGER」 In this work, the artist explores the ambiguous space that exists at the boundary between reality and unreality, between the conscious and the unconscious. Through decontextualised landscapes and anonymous motifs, the artist aims to create an experience that unexpectedly evokes memories and emotions that we are not normally aware of. These spaces, where discomfort and contradictory concepts coexist in familiar landscapes, represent an introspective, poetic world where nostalgia and the unknown mix. The work also focuses on the contrast between digital and analogue, creating a new visual experience by incorporating contemporary perspectives into the analogue risograph process. By incorporating the unique textures and unpredictable finish of risograph printing, the work relishes chance and ambiguity. The zine series is a record of a journey that traces a world that is isolated from the outside world, yet somehow nostalgic, as well as an unconscious box garden that extends within myself.
